AI Automation Nepal has launched two recorded AI automation courses in Nepal: AI Automation for Beginners and AI Automation Intermediate. Designed around practical n8n workflows, AI agents and project exercises, the courses offer two learning paths based on your current skills.
The Beginner course is available for NPR 1,000, while the Intermediate course costs NPR 2,000. Both feature recorded videos, allowing learners to study at their own pace, and include a certificate after course completion.
Two Learning Paths with a Practical Focus
Using an AI chatbot and building an automated workflow involve different skills. A working automation needs a trigger, the right data, clear instructions and connections between tools. More advanced workflows also need memory, reliable outputs and appropriate human review.
Our courses introduce these concepts through guided lessons and practical projects. The Beginner course starts with setup and foundational workflows. The Intermediate course explores more detailed automation logic and connected AI systems.
| Course | Course Fee | Learning Topics | Practical Projects | Format |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| AI Automation for Beginners | NPR 1,000 | 21 | 2 | Recorded videos |
| AI Automation Intermediate | NPR 2,000 | 28 | 5 | Recorded videos |
AI Automation for Beginners: Start with the Foundations
The Beginner course is intended for learners starting their AI automation journey. It introduces n8n, essential tools and the steps involved in creating an AI-powered workflow.
The curriculum covers:
- Setting up an n8n account and navigating the workflow editor.
- Building your first AI agent with memory and useful tools.
- Writing system prompts and choosing AI models.
- Connecting real-time web search to an agent.
- Using chat, form, schedule, webhook and app-event triggers.
- Creating workflows involving Gmail, Google Sheets and external APIs.
Practical examples include scheduled weather emails, form submissions saved to Google Sheets and AI-assisted email replies. The two final projects focus on a multimodal Telegram chatbot and a website chatbot.
These exercises help learners understand how individual nodes and services connect, rather than treating automation as a collection of disconnected tool demonstrations.

AI Automation Intermediate: Build More Connected Workflows
The Intermediate course is intended for learners ready to work with more detailed AI workflows, data processing and automation logic.
Its curriculum includes:
- Connecting chat models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and OpenRouter.
- Model selection, fallback behavior and structured output parsers.
- Conversation memory and Postgres chat history.
- Tool calling, HTTP requests and API connections.
- Human review and approval steps.
- Data processing with filters, limits, merging, switching, waiting and code.
The five practical projects cover:
- Website chatbot development.
- Facebook post automation.
- Instagram post automation.
- Email automation.
- Google Sheets automation.
For example, learners explore how an automation can receive information, prepare it for an AI model and pass the result to another service. Human review is also included where an action should require approval.

Recorded Lessons and a Completion Certificate
Both courses are delivered through recorded videos. They are not live classes, so learners can revisit lessons and practise workflows at their own pace.
AI Automation Nepal provides a certificate after course completion. Our course page also displays certificates earned by students, while the dedicated verification page allows visitors to check a certificate using its ID.

What Do You Need to Get Started?
Learners should have a computer or laptop, an internet connection and access to the tools used in their course. The Beginner curriculum includes account setup and an introduction to n8n.
The listed course fee covers the course. Some third-party AI models, APIs or hosting options may have separate usage charges depending on the services and plans you choose. These should be considered when building and running your own workflows.
