Referral Terms and Conditions
- Apply to the referral program to receive your permanent link. An eligible click has a 30-day attribution window; the latest eligible referral click determines attribution.
- Self-referrals do not qualify. Referral attribution is attached to an eligible product or course purchase before payment verification.
- Commission applies to eligible products and recorded courses purchased through this website. External software subscriptions are excluded.
- The 20% commission is calculated on eligible discounted product or course line amounts, excluding tax, shipping and order fees.
- Commission is approved after staff verify the bank payment. Refunds and cancellations adjust earnings; ambiguous refunds can require manual review.
- Minimum withdrawal is NPR 500 available balance. Save eSewa, Khalti or bank details and request a withdrawal in your dashboard. Payments are processed manually within 24 hours.
- Referrers see anonymous public-page activity and purchase/commission status, not customer names or contact/payment details.
- Cancelled, refunded, unpaid, fraudulent or disputed transactions do not qualify for commission.
- Partners must not make false promises, misleading claims, unauthorized discounts or commitments on behalf of AI Automation Nepal.
- Referral ownership will be determined using the company’s verified records. The company’s decision will be final in duplicate-referral cases.
